We believe change begins when people stop waiting for someone else to move first.

That belief is now a two-day leadership lab at Nyenrode Castle. Twenty seats, no passive keynotes, an antifragile hackathon where leaders build concrete initiatives, not notes, alongside a circle of people who understand the weight of leading through uncertainty.
