Andreea Bulisache

Andreea Bulisache is a global tech executive, innovation strategist, and founder of Stratified Advisory, with a career spanning Europe and the US at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. As Chair of the Young & Bold Foundation since 2020, she leads initiatives recognized by the World Economic Forum and Financial Times for advancing inclusive leadership and digital education. A former Microsoft executive, Andreea helped scale strategic partnerships and shape global go-to-market models, generating over $1B in partner-driven impact. She now advises scale-ups, PE-backed companies, and public institutions on innovation governance, contributes to AI and strategy committees across Europe, and supports the implementation of the EU AI Act. She serves on the Advisory Board of Nyenrode Business University, where she earned her International MBA with a focus on business sustainability, and is a graduate of the Harvard Women on Boards executive program.
